Jacob Eastham

Creative facilitator

Jacob energizes groups' passions with unique activities, group processes, and visual thinking baked into thoughtful designs. Along with strategic planning and change management, he unlocks participants' creativity in his trainings and workshops.

His clients include The Aspen Institute, World Bank Group, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Additionally, he's spoken at South by Southwest, the White House, and the American Institute of Graphic Arts.

He is certified in Creative Problem Solving, LEGO® Serious Play®,  LUMA Human-Centered Design, and the FourSight innovation assessment tool. He is trained in various design and visual facilitation methodologies.

He is a member of the International Forum of Visual Practitioners, Federal Innovators Network, and the Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network. 


He's a graduate of Georgetown's executive facilitation certificate along with graphic design and policy studies degrees from Syracuse University. He has a blue ribbon from the Arlington County fair for homemade jam. He enjoys gardening on his small urban plot, watching competition TV, visiting art museums, and crafting custom playlists.
